Tryathlon

Paihia School had a Tryathlon and Te Maunga wrote a recount about the tryathlon. What i liked about my writing is that i used metaphors to describe my writing. Next time i think i could do better by writing more words and more metaphors.
Hope You Like It

Paihia School Tryathlon

First of all last week Paihia school had a tryathlon , in paihia,Miss williams had a talk to us about where we had to go and where you’re  not allowed to go . So we walked down to the beach,I was getting nervous. We were at the beach and I was getting goosebumps.

Next it was our turn,Miss williams said ready set go,there we were in the water splashing the salty water everywhere . Then we started to run, three girls went past me so I sprinted past those three girls .I ran and ran.

After that I squeezed my shoes on and I jumped on the bike as quickly as i could and pedaled as fast as i could. Lilli-Rose went past me,it was my second lap, Lilli-rose went passed the finish line, so did I.

In the end My face was like a sun that was bursting,my mum gave me water. I was so happy and was proud of myself , I feel like collapsing tower.

Beach Ed

In Te Maunga we made a slide about beach ed. The part that I liked that on our slide is the part that says the funnest part. I think we could do better next time by saying more facts but it was fun making the slides. Here is our slide. From Tayla and me Payton
